Our in-house design team can fully meet all your drawing and design requirements. Providing bespoke project drawings means that our clients can be certain of a personal service, whether it be in 2D or 3D, from drawings “for approval” to “as-built” status, creating completely new working plans where required. Our 3D designs enable highly complex and accurate working diagrams and manufacturing templates for all aspects of our work, often minimising the need for costly samples to be produced.
We are able to import, assess and modify client’s existing drawing files using conventional DWG and DXF files, as well as creating our own drawings from your outline ideas using CAD (Computer Aided Design) technology in 2D AutoCad and 3D Inventor Software. All of which means that a quick and simple design to fabrication process is achieved.

Fire Escape

This project involved replacing an existing fire escape to meet current building regulations.  Drawings were produced on behalf of a client for them to be submitted for architects comments/approval.  CAD drawing shows a typical layout of a third angle projection – plan, front and side elevations.

Marlborough Place, London

The Marlborough Place project consisted of a loft conversion which required the roof to be replaced and internal floor levels to be lowered, enabling the interior space to be maximised.  The existing timber rafters were replaced with structural steel work to the structural engineers specification. This AutoCAD drawing shows a breakdown of all the component parts and joints in full detail, allowing for ease of manufacture and approval.
